I’m Mai, an independent business liaison and project coordinator based in Tokyo.

I represent clients on a project basis, serving as their local point of contact in Japan for business communication, sourcing, research, and coordination.

My background spans automotive, events, hospitality, creatives, and operations — combining experience,

local knowledge, bilingual communication, and a practical, hands-on approach to getting things done.

From a single introduction to an ongoing project, support can be tailored to the scope and level of involvement you need.
